They're not built for it as it stands now. Mike did not expect The Isle, in its present state, to host large tournaments like WPT events. Safety deposit boxes will be offered to certain players. Mike also said the room will have unique blinds in some of their games (1/3 and 10/25 to name two). This was expected and it figures to be something standard at all SoFla poker rooms. Mike made it clear that the player base he has now will not be alienated and that there will be a cap on some tables to keep the game affordable. The Isle will have capped and uncapped cash games. That was obviously well-received - this will be a competitive selling point between poker rooms in South Florida and Tampa, I'm sure. The Isle will create a better rakeback/comp system for its regular players. Mike wasn't available to share all of the room's details with us before the July 1 date, but he did disclose the following:
